  Owner

  Noa has long been in the payments industry and worked multiple different roles at different processors, as a field agent, national manager and more. He has since developed a geek-out-relationship with payment processing and found his niche in the short-term rental world. Noa truly enjoys taking care of his clients and if you don’t know that already, you aren’t a client yet. As the owner of the company, he can guarantee that his team will go the extra mile with you and another mile for you. Noa, his wife and son are in a small country town right outside San Antonio Texas. When they are not at home, you can likely find them exploring the world and enjoying different short term rental experiences.

  Curtis Mathis

  General Advisor

  Having been raised in the payments industry, Curtis knows the ins and outs of merchant services like his back pocket. Curtis enjoys his role in this company as our first Sales Manager, giving an extra helping hand when our clients need it. He has made many strong developments at ClearView, including our easy-to-use telephone system and seamless chargeback support. He lives in San Antonio with his wife and three kids. He loves the payments industry and plans to spend many more years serving in it, all the while taking time to be with his family more at home and playing basketball with his friends.

  Alvaro Shaib is a Mexico City native and a driven Sales Manager at Clearview MC. With a passion for disrupting traditional customer service and a diverse industry background, Alvaro brings fresh perspectives to our organization. Driven by a customer-centric mindset, Alvaro believes in starting every decision with the customers and working backward. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile have consistently fueled his success. With a life philosophy of showing up, staying focused, working hard, and staying humble, Alvaro continuously seeks personal growth and challenges his beliefs through reading, running, and traveling. Alvaro's drive stems from his past experiences, failures, and a fear of not being the best version of himself.   Jacob and his wife live in the short-term rental industry. Together they own several STRs and provide design and management services for their clients. He also has had several years of experience in sales, business development, and communication. He is excited to talk to, help, and serve property managers and owners with their payments. He and his wife have 2 kids they adore and love any chance to make memories together.

  Chris has been serving in the sales industry since 2015 with a firm background in property management. While working hard managing properties for his clients, he learned what it takes to keep his tenants happy and engaged. He is exceedingly customer orientated and strives to make every customer feel at home, while accommodating their needs. Chris desired to merge his experience in the sales industry, as well as the property management industry by joining ClearView, a company specializing in short-term rental payment processing. In his spare time Chris likes to go to local sporting events, as well as spend quality time out with his son, friends and family in Kansas.

  If you’ve traveled, there’s a chance Seth Christian had a hand in your experience! That’s because for over 25 years, Seth has been one of the hospitality industry’s top innovators, having led both large, multi-unit property management companies while also directing hospitality service and technology providers. Seth developed many firsts in the short-term rental industry including the first SAAS model for multi-property management, as well as expanding customer reservations with the use of enterprise business intelligence. He has innovated everything from property management systems, distribution systems and central reservation systems. Seth was a founding member of Suburban Lodges, the first budget extended stay hotel chain where he managed operations of $300M+ in assets, $100M+ in annual revenue, and over 1000 employees. Seth is also a “customer obsessed” 6 year veteran of the short-term rental world providing outstanding services for property management companies with a deep understanding of their needs. He thoroughly enjoys being a part of the STR industry, which is why he teamed up with ClearView. He enjoys playing guitar, sailing and surfing with his wife and three children in Newport Beach, CA.

When she's not crafting the perfect post, you can find her indulging in her love for true crime documentaries, trotting the globe, or breaking a sweat at the gym. But this social media superstar's journey didn't start there. Prior to her current role, she spent over 7 years crunching numbers in the finance department. While she enjoyed the thrill of balancing the books, her creative side was itching to break free.
